Algunas MacBook Pro pueden estar defectuosas y representar una situación de riesgo para las personas, por ello, la Administración Federal de Aviación de EU las prohibió en sus vuelos comerciales.
The United States Federal Aviation Administration issued a travel ban warning of certain Apple computers, due to a risk related to their batteries.
This announcement comes after the Cupertino-based company called on its users to change the 15-inch MacBook Pro batteries that were sold between September 2015 and February 2017.
“Apple has determined that, in a limited number of 15-inch MacBook Pro drives from the previous generation, the battery may overheat and present a fire safety risk,” Apple explains on its page.
Similarly, the European Union Aviation Agency had already alerted the airlines operating in that continent about these failures. However, he did not ban them but recalled that they should adhere to the safety regulations during flights that do not allow the power of these devices on the trip.
